Week 3 for FMP - 8th March

This week I have finalised my planning with the students that I am working with, as well as finalising what I need to do for myself.

I will be doing an 8 part podcast that I will be posting on Spotify by using Anchor. There will be one recorded a week and there will be an upload schedule figured out next week.

There will be 3 press kits for me to do, one for Brandon, one for Ethan, on for Tyler. I will be working hard to get all of them complete by April/Easter and to have them sent out twice with more relevancy to be put on them the second time. In order to get the photos and videos for the press kits I will need to book a photoshoot for them, this will be done in the DJ booth at college but I still need to get permission from the music techs and the theatre techs for this to be done.

The artists that I am working with will need to have an official website that they will be able to manage themselves but I will be helping in the making of them and the set up/what needs to be put on the websites, their press kits will be on there and they will then be able to keep them updated and they will be able to send them out to places even after this project is finished.

I will be organising a music video that will be shot for Ethan, Brandon feels that it is not for him so there will be no video for him but I need to fully finalise the dates, locations ect with Ethan and the videographer Giles.

Overall this week has been productive with lots of discussions about the project, my next steps are to start on practical work but this will be a lot easier when people are settled in college
