The past 6 weeks haven't been the best for me and I have not been very focused on my work due to home conditions. I have now decided that despite home situations I will not let it get in the way of my education and I will be focusing on all of my work whilst not letting home situations distract me. It has been a very difficult for the past month and a bit but I am now fully committed to my work.
I have not achieved all of the goals that I set out to do by half term, however I am making new goals and I am focused on completing those goals along with completing my goals that I set out to conquer before the half term. One reason that I wasn't able to achieve some of my goals that I set before half term is because I had a changee of heart while doing my project and decided to change from a podcast to a blog. I am also changing my plan for my blog as I have found that I was a bit too ambitious with my 3 ideas, so I am now changing it to 2 ideas to lessen my work load but also push myself and complete it to a high standard. I am also slightly changing my plan for my music through the ages posts because I can't seem to find the right amount songs from the 1920s that I think would be good for the post so it is going through a time frame change and starting at the 60s instead.
My next steps for my project will be to get at least 2-3 blog posts done of each topic so that when we have the launch of the website I can upload them and it can be introduced properly. Another one of my next steps is to complete the logo for my lifestyle post as I have already completed my music through the ages logo but it is currently difficult to do the logos as I am working from home and don't have the best computer to put Adobe onto it and I don't have the money to buy Affinity.
My plan for this week and some of next week is to just get on with my blog posts and research along with drawing out some ideas for the lifestyle posts and then I need to eventually translate these ideas onto the computer and get peoples opinions.
