Christmas Party 

One of our tasks for this project was to plan a Christmas party for december 13th in the theatre bar. We had originally said that we didn’t want bands playing as when we used the college bands at the open evening it went incredibly wrong. I was adamant that I didn’t want the bands playing but it was then made a requirement, I was then promised that the band that caused so much trouble at the open evening were not going to be performing so I agreed that we could use the college bands. I was very happy as the event went on with the bands performing very well until I saw the band that caused trouble getting set up. I then thought that maybe we could give them another chance to redeem themselves but it ended worse than I thought it could. They were jumping around stupidly and the bass player even rolled on the floor which pulled his aux out of the amp and it all just failed but they were told to get off the stage and it was handled professionally. After that, however, it was a very fun end to the term, we had karaoke and there were a few people going up to sing while having a laugh and a joke. Overall it was a good “party” and there was just a little hiccup in the middle which was taken care of efficiently.
